With the exhibition “Orient”, the FOTOHOF is showing a sub-project from the comprehensive project “W.Y.S.I.W.Y.G.” by Kriesche, Hoffmann etc.. This work makes use of various media levels, whereby the pictures on the walls of the gallery do not represent the actual work of art, but rather the digital image processing stored on diskette. To pursue this idea, the FOTOHOF has also published a catalogue with the corresponding diskette, so that the work can also be read on the computer screen. In the context of the exhibition, the diskette will also be shown on the computer monitor.
