Hanns Otte’s solo exhibition contains a cross-section of his work from recent years. The Salzburg photographer’s main area of work is the suburbs of the city as well as a supra-regional examination of the spaces between urban structures, the off-street areas. In this exhibition, he also shows: the sequence »Pictures from home« is a small, diary-like and very personal self-portrait; and »In the middle of nowhere«, night pictures from a photo performance that originated in an experience of being stranded in the unknown at night while hitchhiking.
