Since 2021, FOTOHOF>CALLING has offered artists a platform to present themselves and their work to a qualified audience of professionals and visitors. The format is intended to promote exchange about contemporary photography and create space for networking. FOTOHOF has selected 26 projects from over 200 national and international submissions, which will be presented on calling.fotohof.at and in this magazine.

The selected projects touch on virulent topics of our time. Works that make use of more traditional methods are combined with experimental approaches that question, expand and reinterpret the medium.
