New visions of portraits from contemporary European photographers. Approaches span objective documentary (Stuth, Fuchs, de Jong, Kizny), staged sittings (Bara, Belin), and the repetitive process of photographic reproduction (Tronvoll).  Nina Korhonen´s and Clement Cooper´s autobiographical elements and Leo Kandl´s psychological moments of interaction between photographer and model are also explored, while Antoine d’ Agata focuses on the dynamics of racially motivated rejection.
