Issues is a photographic book divided into three thematic areas (film/galler/script), successfully recreating artist Sigrid Kurz´s unique working style. In the first section, a photographic sequence of film stills taken inside a movie theater signifies the starting point of Kurz´s works: namely, her preoccupation with film. The second presents shots taken in gallery spaces throughout different cities where she adresses the structure in which art is represented and contextualized. The third is a theoretical look into the act of presentation, be it an movie screen or on a gallery wall.
