Monat der Fotografie: Wien 2008

This large volume contains the exhibitions of 80 museums, institutions and galleries in Vienna as part of the November 2008 Month of Photography. It features the works of more than 200 international and Austrian artists with numerous illustrations and accompanying texts. While the focus is on contemporary creative output, essential historical presentations such as early glacier photographs from the Albertina or Czech still lifes from the interwar period at the Galerie Faber are also included. The volume is rounded off with an extensive information section containing addresses and other data.
